Tim Wagner, President/CEO

Having been in the direct marketing industry for over 27 years, Tim has worked for some of the world’s largest agencies and Fortune 500 clients before starting Direct2Market Sales Solutions.

Having worked for Saatchi&Saatchi Worldwide and DraftDirect Worldwide, Tim has created strategies and delivered solid solutions to drive ROI for clients. Tim’s roles have included: Sr. Account Manager, SVP Sales & Marketing, General Manager and Partner/Owner in two successful start-up ventures.

Tim and the management team at Direct2Market Sales Solutions have delivered successful programs for clients such as; Microsoft, ARAMARK, Ryder Systems, BNA (Bureau of National Affairs), Xerox, Meridian IQ, Yellow Roadway, Qualcomm, SONY, Corning, Gartner, Corporate Executive Board and more!

Cinzia Inzinna, VP of Operations & Client Services

Cinzia has been in the direct marketing industry for over 15 years. Having worked for Xerox, and responsible for designing client services and operations for two start up organizations, Cinzia has honed her skills in managing operations and client expectations. Having started on the phones herself, Cinzia understands what it takes to manage and deliver a quality product for our clients.

Experienced in design and implementation of integrated marketing communications programs, Cinzia has implemented life cycle management, lead generation, telesales, inbound, event registration programs and many more.

Justin Jerzak, Director, Information Technology

Justin has over 15 years Systems and IT expertise. As Vice President and IT Operations Manager of Terrasite Internet Services a leading Windows Web Hosting company, Justin joined D2MSS with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in systems design, development, network and e-marketing development.

Justin’s vast experience allows Direct2Market Sales Solutions to be on the forefront of technology allowing us to leverage efficiencies, productivity and ultimately return on investment for our clients sales & marketing initiatives.

Darlene Cator, Manager, HR and Recruiting

As Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting for Direct2Market Sales Solutions, Darlene ensures we profile and hire the best talent for our client programs. She comes to us from the financial services industry having worked at Citi for over 14 years. She is a results-oriented Human Resources professional that is experienced in employee services programs, staffing processes, recruitment administration, benefits administration, HRIS system administration and organizational development. Darlene matches skill sets to our clients needs through high level profiling and testing before hiring.

Providing a proactive and positive environment for our personnel allows the rest of the team to excel at what they do.
