i2i (information2intelligence) is a proprietary Direct2Market Sales Solutions web enabled system that consists of four modules. All modules are interrelated and have connectivity to the client and Direct2Market Sales Solutions database. Clients are granted access to the system via secure log on and password via the web. The four combined modules create a fully integrated technology solution which is a hybrid SFA, CRM, and Marketing System. The i2i System enhances our clients overall sales and marketing productivity and knowledge driving improved return on investment.

Module 1-Call Center Portal

This module allows call center representatives the ability to capture data from calls with prospects, suspects, and customers for lead generation, direct sales, event registration programs, e mail campaigns, and more. The system features point and click capability all on a single screen for ease of use.

Module 2-Management Portal

The Management Portal allows for real time reporting and data updates of sales territories for sales representatives and sales management. This module is also user name and password protected. Management has full view of all reports and data from sales territories assigned to them while sales representatives will only view the reports and data for their territories.

Module 3-Sales Lead Distribution

This module allows Direct2Market Sales Solutions to distribute program output (leads, sales, etc.) directly to any sales channel for immediate follow up and feedback to close the sales cycle.

Module 4-Marketing Resource Management

This module is utilized as an electronic library to hold tools such as white papers, e-brochures, and product sell sheets. These documents can be retrieved and sent real time to prospects, suspects, and customers. Other marketing tools such as direct mail and websites are integrated into this module.
