The management team at D2M has over 100 years of combined B2B experience. Having worked together for more than 20 years, our philosophy of partnering and customer focus is well-honed. Our specific talents and industry experiences make us a powerful team that stands out from the rest.

Tim Wagner, President/CEO

Tim has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing. Having worked for Saatchi and Saatchi Worldwide, and DraftDirect Worldwide for 15 years, Tim has was able to create numerous strategies and deliver solid solutions to drive ROI for clients. He started the first business-to-business call center for the organization and negotiated a divestiture of the call center in 1996 to maximize its potential.

The result of that successful transition formed with two other companies created a comprehensive integrated marketing agency that was later purchased. In 2001, Tim became the co-founder/partner of a new sales productivity startup, where he continued to hone his business process capabilities using technology to drive results for clients' largest initiatives. In 2007, Tim founded D2MSS to fulfill his vision of a premier business process service organization that could address the consultative/high-touch needs of business-to-business clients.

Tim and his management team have designed and developed myriad strategies to deliver successful results for clients, such as LexisNexis/Martindale-Hubbell, Ryder Transportation, Photocure, Xerox, Meridian IQ, Yellow Roadway, Qualcomm, SONY, Corning, Gartner, Trend Micro, Thomson Reuters, Univar and many more!

Cinzia Inzinna, VP of Operations and Client Services

Cinzia has been in the direct marketing industry for over 20 years. With previous experience working for Xerox and designing client services and operations for two start-up organizations, Cinzia is highly skilled in managing operations and exceeding client expectations. Having started on the phones herself, Cinzia understands what it takes to manage and deliver a quality product for our clients. She puts her experience with integrated marketing communications initiatives to work by designing strategies and implementing life-cycle management, lead generation, telesales, inbound, event registration, customer service, market research and many other types of programs into place, leading to a return on investment for our clients.

Jennie Lea Farrell, Manager, HR and Recruiting

Jennie Lea has previous experience working for Paychex, where she advised small to mid-sized businesses on HR best practices and laws, while also contributing to the internal HR team for Paychex employees.  Jennie Lea holds a master’s degree in human resource management and brings a wealth of up-to-date knowledge to our organization having achieved certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR.  As manager of human resources and recruiting for D2MSS, Jennie Lea ensures that we profile and hire the best talent for our clients' programs through high-level profiling and testing.
